Better than Bouillon Reviews

I’ve bought Better Than Bouillon quite a few times, and the lids have always sealed really well for me. I’m kind of wary with stuff like this because I hate feeling like I got fooled by a bad jar or something that won’t stay fresh, but I’ve never had one leak in the fridge or get crusty around the lid. The seal pops like it should when I open a new one too. It’s a small thing, but I definitely appreciate it.

I’ve tried a handful of soup bases, and this one is one of the few that doesn’t taste like straight-up salty powder. The roasted chicken flavor has become my usual pick for rice, soups, and quick pan sauces. If I’m making a really special soup from scratch, I’d still prefer homemade stock, but for weeknight cooking or when I need something fast, this comes close. The flavor is rich and actually tastes like real broth. I’m happy with it

The flavor is actually good, so no complaints there. The only thing is it doesn’t always dissolve well, and I keep ending up with little clumps if the water isn’t hot enough. It’s not a huge deal, but you’d think something like this should mix a little easier without having to use really hot water every time.
